ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DEL HIDROGENO, hereinafter, is the responsible for the use and treatment of the user´s personal data, and informs that this data will be processed in accordance to the current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th April 2016 (GDPR) related to the protection of individuals regarding the process of personal data and on the free use of such data, and the Organic Law (ES) 15/1999 of the 13th December (LOPD) related to the protection of personal data, due to which the following information of that treatment is given:

End of treatment: keep a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the process are:

· Process orders, applications or any type of request that is made by the user through any form of contact available.
